Food Engineering stands out as a highly interdisciplinary programme that aims to train food engineers capable of managing and innovating the entire food and beverage supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the event, the programme coordinator <strong>Federica Ciccullo<\/strong> (Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering) and the deputy coordinator <strong>Andrea Fiorati<\/strong> (Department of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering \u201cGiulio Natta\u201d) awarded five scholarships to students selected among the most outstanding candidates.
